- Returns are accepted for store credit only. All returns must be received back to our storefront within 20 days of the date received.
- Items being returned must be in NEW condition with tags attached. No signs of wear can be present. Ex. must be unworn/unwashed and must not contain ANY signs of deodorant, make-up, etc.
- Buyer pays return shipping.
- Store credit via gift card will be emailed as soon as we receive your return.
- SALE ITEMS and ACCESSORIES are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned.
- RBB is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please be sure to track shipping. If you believe your package is lost/stolen, please contact USPS customer service for assistance.
